The standing committee has been announced today and as you move through the announcement with several spelling mistakes.. you will notice that the ONLY role that is left vacant is the AAL representative.....🙄
The biggest issue across Hills Football in 2019 and this is the role that they do not fill despite several well credentialed and experienced people who volunteered their time being declined to be involved!!

Looks as though they wanted fresh people instead of the stale ones who you’d expect?

Doesn’t make a lot of sense in calling for expressions of interest though from people and declining their interest only to then contact people that they want and having the SC stacked with Hills Football staff that have not been able to address the issue this year?? Let’s hope that something positive comes out of it!

Is the announcement on their website? Couldn't find it. [ No mate, email was sent to participants... Next is to announce the representatives who have been selected to participate in the Female Football Standing Committee. This Committee will set the strategic framework for the growth and development of Female Football in the Hills for the years to come. You committee is: Chris Wong (Over 35 Ladies) Keith Rowntree (Youth Players) Colin McGowan (Representative Football) Hayley Todd (Football NSW) Kelly Lovelly (HFI Board) Craig Gough (HFI Board) Aroon Clansey (HFI Staff) Kurt Johnson (HFI Staff) TBA (All Age Ladies) The committee will get straight to work next week taking on board all of the feedback received via the surveys and the town hall into consideration. Theres a lot of work to do. Women's Football has limitless possibilities and we have a desire to create an environment that is the envy of all. Once again, we thank each and every one of you for your continued support in what has been a tough year on the park. From here its only onwards and upwards! The "well credentialled and experienced people" are sick of no-one listening to them. The current HFI board wants YES men (and women). They will listen and then do what they want anyway.

Do you envy them?
I have no doubt they are being bombarded with suggestions left right and centre that contradict each other.
Those who are causing the problems are those same people spreading rumours and innuendo behind the scenes and writing propaganda here on the forum.
Simple. If you don’t like it... LEAVE!
Or, step up and have a go yourself. It’s easy to be a keyboard warrior...

Looks like Glenhaven have continued to make a complete mockery of the AAL competition, having forfeited the last two games agains Div 1 teams folllowing their team playing on Friday nights without number issues, they have managed to pull a team together for the first week back at playing Div 2 teams!!!
When will Hills Football wake up and address this type of behaviour??
Many associations will remove teams from finals if they forfeit in the last three rounds of the competition, maybe we need to address this negative behaviour in the same way??
