The Hills Association has abandoned Season 2021 effective immediately. They will not be awarding competition winners or perpetual trophies for this season.

⚽ HFI 2021 SEASON REFUND PROCESS ⚽ As mentioned upon notification of season abandonment, HFI wishes to extend our sincere thanks for your collective efforts in what was another challenging season. Despite the positives during the season until lockdown; it was the community spirit and support during these trying times that truly showed the strength and unity of our sport and its members within the Hills community. The HFI Board and Management collectively with the 21 Member Clubs have formulated a position and process regarding the final calculated amount applicable to the 2021 player refunds. Check out the full story with a breakdown/analysis here 👇 hillsfootball.com.au/hfi-2021-season-refund-process/

I have heard that the compman business and competition software has been shut down and is no longer available hence associations need to look at alternatives. There appears to be many associations now using a platform called dribl and was used for summer competition in the Hills and was rather simple to use. Football NSW are also using the same dribl platform.
Cant see how previous results can be looked up but though!

Is Apr 2 confirmed? Are cricket grand finals on Mar 26/27? If so wouldn’t April 2/3 be a free week for field setup? Meaning the comp would start Apr 8/9/10?

Looking at the calendar, it looks like the Comp has to start early April to fit in 18 rounds plus three rounds of finals which takes the GF to the last weekend in August.
Apart from the Easter weekend, which is traditionally no football, all other weekends looks like being played to fit in the competition.

Krusty, can only assume that the majority of fields won't be used during cricket finals, and therefore free to be setup for soccer, with the remainder being done during the week before round 1

Looks like the Bylaws have been recently updated. hillsfootball.com.au/app/uploads/2018/09/2022-HFI-By-Laws-1.14.pdfSome of the changes are six team finals series for all competition age grades apart from Premier League, Over 35 Women's comp changed to Over 30 Women's and the borrowing rules. There may be more changes but those listed above were obvious.

Is it just me or does anyone else have a problem that the Hills Board is made up of 5 Directors from the same club? It has also always confused me that the Director for Talented Player Pathway & Technical Development has a huge conflict of interest given his association with Hills United?

And what club are these Directors come from ?
