Kolts derby ended up 6–2 to the Reds. Reds took their chances in the first half to lead 4-0, much closer in the 2 nd half. Neither team with much in the way of subs, so some sore bodies this morning

Red dominated first half but we came back in the second half and was denied a goal that went over the line. No VAR......game was gone anyway. Game played in good spirits and thanks to Billy for refereeing.

CHU 2 - 0 Norwest. Good Hard Game played in the right spirit. Good to see Norwest have a full bench, certainly helps with the 1pm kick offs on a warm day

Ville Red ended GH blue unbeaten start to the season, ending up 5-1 winners. Dominated the first 30 mins with GH ahead in the 20 mins either side of halftime.. a second GH goal at 3-1 would have made things interesting, however Ville held out
Word is CH won Friday night

GH 1-4 CHU on Friday night - That cricket pitch in the middle of the park is not funny!

Just a note to other O45/2 teams. Be careful of Rouse Hill Rams center back who was wearing no 13 against Kellyville Kolts last Saturday, he is not a soccer player, his only intention is to hurt the opposition. This meat head was elbowing and kicking players off the ball all game. Even one of their own officials spoke to the stand in referee at half time and informed him this idiot should have been sent off for kicking a Kolts player off the ball. May be the Rouse Hill Rams as a club will take action on this player before he seriously hurts someone.

Anyone got info on why Castle Hill's first game was changed from 7-2 win to 0-0 draw; and why that draw hasn't been counted in that points?
I heard they played unregistered/players without ID cards in that game, but if that is true how come it isn't a 3-0 forfeit?
Are Hills still trying to work through it (I know the CH boys were adamant that they had received the ok to play the guys)?

Both Castle Hill and Glenhaven fielded illegal players. 0-0 result, but both teams get zero points

Stopper - I have also heard the same as your comments about the Castle Hill boys receiving the OK to play a player. I seem to recall this topic being discussed around the camp fire and sherbets after round 3 or 4 from memory and the talk from some was that they had made an enquiry to the association prior to round 1 and received approval that a player was registered and could play. Apparently the advice given was incorrect - that was the talk anyway.

To be fair the association did say no card, no play

First up Ville red had 5 players missing. However, Rams 2-1 up at halftime and worth the advantage. Ville dominated the second half, but no clear chances, Ville the recipients of 2 Liverpool like gaffs and won 3-2. Rams deserved something from the game

CHU v Bears was another war of attrition - both teams played with sportsmanship and there was hardly a free kick in the game. Winsto had the "Bear" 11 and gave their all. CHU started with a couple of subs and ended up with none... CHU managed an early goal and then hung on. A few half chances from both teams was all that could be conjured up during a very cold windy day...

KV Blue 1 - 4 CHU. KV started with 10 men, CHU finished with 10. Was great to get a game in coz double-headers are no good for us old blokes!

CHU 2 - KV Red 0. CHU to the top of the table, despite lost points and goals due to Admin error.
