well it has been announced... only one PL next year with a Premier Youth League.. probably the best thing considering having 2 small divisions
any thoughts on the 10 teams? My ideal 10 is
Winsto baulko Kenthurst Sydney north West Kellyville Castle hill Utd Glenhaven Coptics Rouse hill North Rocks
Ive heard knights have folded. Norwest and Rockets last year were a joke so they can go..

Winsto Kenthurst Kolts CHU Baulko Sydney north West ---------- Glenhaven North Rocks Coptic Rouse hill Rams
PL1 predictions in that order. Huge gap between the top 6 (last year's sides) and the newly promoted ones. North Rocks and the likes will struggle in ressies and firsts, the difference in quality from PL1 to 2 was quite significant last year. Rams to be this years Rockets - will struggle a lot unless they have recruited new blood.

Are those teams confirmed that they are in the premier league? Which teams are playing premier youth? Also do the teams drop out play in all ages next year?

whats the go with the supposed youth premier league, is there gonna be a age limit on players?, also if there is going to be a 4 team promotion to premier league 1, wouldn't it be fair to pick the top 4 teams from Prems 2 last season?
Rouse Hill in both grades did not make the finals last season & should't be given a free pass just because you don't want 2 teams from the same club playing Prems 1, do they want a competitive league or another Castle hill Rockets fiasco/Hills Knights . If Rouse Hill are keeping pretty much the same team as last year its gonna be a walk in the park for 9 of those teams listed above

100% confirmed that there will be a 10 team Premier league this season & Premier youth league with an age limit of 21 years old & only 4 players over the age of 21. Now the waiting game begins, which teams other than North Rocks gets promoted to Prems 1?
PL1 predictions if making it the "strongest comp" possible & taking Top 4 from Prems 2 last season : Kenthurst Kellyville Colts CHU Baulko Sydney north West Glenhaven North Rocks Coptic Winston Hills x 2( both Prems 1 & 2 had squads of 25 + & made the finals series) As my previous post stated,Hills football probs won't make this happen cause they don't want 2 teams from the same club playing in PL1, & other clubs that weren't listed above will want a team represented in the premier competition to show there relevant.
Cutting Prems 2 & Putting an age limit on the new league, Hills football is going to lose a lot of talented footballers, my team (28 players) for instance will likely fold cause 3/4 of the team are over 21 years old by a couple of years. Most of my teammates including myself will not play all age mens, due to the drop in quality & talent. Most of my team have played NPL3 & state League & joined cause they wanted to take a step back from the seriousness of those levels(training) but wanted to still play teams with decent quality, they will likely go to another district or quit football all together.

Norwest were terrible last season. Will Hills football let them have a team in the premier league if there are only ten teams in the comp?

thedon- it depends on the team Norwest are fielding. Flying Pig says they are a top team from BDSFA not the 2017 team. Unlike Glenhaven who have picked up the problems from the Knights and previously CHU. All up we need the strongest teams available to play PL1 in 2018.

Nah Glenhaven aren’t joining with Hills knights anymore. I’m wondering if rouse hill and Castle Hill rockets will have a team next year. If they have the same players they will be the easy beats
