And that's regardless of who is participating?
So it's very likely that a team that runs second, loses the major semi gets a home grand final.
Despite said field being one of the worst in the league??
Bravo.

Can anyone let me know if it's suppose to be neutral ground for semis or can one of the teams play at their own home ground ?
Thanks

I think it's just "luck of the draw" as dumb as that sounds.

Not sure how Fred Caterson - the worst field we've played on all year gets picked for the PL1 final. It really is a terrible pitch and has been since 6-a-side last year.
Hills Centenary was miles better.

It's a juggling act, and depends on clubs making their grounds available too. HFA can only pick from what is put in front of them, and compromises are likely to be made.
Like everything I am sure HFA is open to suggestions on how to improve this, from ensuring the fields selected are in reasonable shape, to avoiding home games. They want the same thing you want. But it may be limited by the fields they are offered and we might have to make the best of it.

Oake why not swap them with another game as they should have a mutual ground as well

Fisho, I think it would just cause confusion. At the end of the day does home field give that much of an Advantage? crowds are minimal and Francesco isn't Selhurst Park Let them play wherever the association puts them.

Gunner when a team has been playing together since 14 years old at the same field yes there is a advantage 100% I believe but other may disagree
