I would actually be happy to pay higher fees if my club provided a better and more professional service for my kids. From the administration right through to coaching.
My comment means no disrespect what do ever to hard working volunteers and committees (I have been one).
I guess this is why we are seeing the rise of academies as they can provide this.

You talk about other codes, Football ( Soccer to the uninformed ) has 1.6 million registered players most of whom are in NSW say 1 Mill. Aussie Rules ( Footy ) has 650,000 with 50,000 in NSW & run there code with $ 150 Mill. Rugby League ( League ) Has 350,000 with 250,000 in NSW & runs there code with $ 100 Mill, Rugby Union ( Rugby ) has 150.000 with 100,000 in NSW & run there code on $30 Mill. The Real Football has $30 Mill to run 1.6 mill players

HFI may think it is serving its members properly - but just as Granville thought. Please DO NOT doubt that the same re-establishing of an external association Will occur again if all members are not given the full rights to observe, oversee and be provided total transparency of "everything" those on the Board are doing whilst being paid (or volunteering). Granville claimed it all came too quickly after being told just so many times.

Why doesn't Hills football disclose offence and punishments for games in the Association? What do they gain by not showing it? I find it quite informative to review other Associations disciplinary reporting, clears up the 'mystery' around if people do get punished and what their punishments are etc

Who you going to pay more to, as the better coaches are already doing NPL1,2,3,4 and the kids for the better coaches pay anywhere from $1500 to $2500 and some of those coaches I wouldn't let coach any kids.

And councils of course will rort and take their money for field hire even though no club or organisation can use it ? Rorting at every level. They must all be held accountable. Local, State & Federal ministers will be lobbied.

Razberry....you know what....you guys are right. What the Hills Association should do is fully reimburse all players for the last two COVID affected seasons, then declare themselves bankrupt & fold, & we can all go back & play in the Granville Association. Sounds like a good result ? Be careful what you wish for.

There is nothing that NSW Football provides to any association that as the break-away Hills Sydney Football Association showed totally capable of running their own - all money & profits stayed local. Careful what you wish for.
