There seems to be some interesting comments surfaced following last week’s club members meeting, regarding HFI's involvement in representative football next year?
The current format of the AYL and GSAP has been very successful considering the amount of money spent by parents. It is with interest i hear that the NPL club Who currently reside in our Association who by the way contribute nothing to the Association through their membership, were critical of the AYL and GSAP program run by the Association and yet they fail to acknowledge that their own club has been very unsuccessful in the current youth NPL charging large amounts of money to be unsuccessful in elite football.
This leaves a question mark on the administration and ability of the coaching staff who currently are running this programme and if my information is correct the TD of the club is a former Socceroo who at the meeting questioned the ability of one of the directors regarding his coaching to run the successful and well financially controlled programme which is endorsed by FNSW and are closely looking at this model to be implemented in all association. He also questioning the ability of the current CEO of FNSW. I think he should step down and all the coaches sacked for their failure to deliver. Is this what parents are paying for?

How can you hand over the AYL and GSAP programme to them?
I do believe that this programme is proof that the current Programme run by this group has been unsuccessful and is there a hidden agenda to gain fiancés to run The NPL club with association funds that has been the case with other Association who have lost money through this marriage.
Two board members (including the Chairman) both answering Kolts question, that there had been no discussion around the makeup of rep football to date.
I am led to believe that the Kolts who are part of HFI and are considering applying for an NPL Licence. Why would they ask this question as until FNSW decide regarding the makeup of youth football?
What possible discussion could be had other than trying to disrupt the plans of the association for their own gain. Who will fund this NPL application, the club funds Generated by the Juniors of the club Affiliated to HFI, will KOLTS parents be paying more rego to play at Kolts and support player payments for NPL team just like the NPL club associated within the hills AREA.
This is very different to the message being given to AYL players and parents (we're being told there'll be an NPL program). Can anyone clarify?
Has this information be delivered by someone with a vested interest in Hills United who in the past was a strong support of this Marriage and is quietly working towards this dream coming true using Hills Football Inc funds to promote and support the NPL club via Funding For AYL and GSAP Programme.
Do you parents believe you will be paying the same amount of money as you currently are in the HFI programme or would you rather pay more money for an unsuccessful programme run by the club.
I wish you all good luck.
