I’m not sure if forcing 15 year old girls into ladies competitions is the right thing to do. Maybe the Rams should have moved these players into the GCL program instead of dominating the local competition?
I wasn't suggesting forcing them into the ladies competition but about getting some of the players to try as subs in the ladies comp so that they get some time to see how they go.

footballbandit I would agree about forcing 15 year olds into AAL but you probably didnt realise the RAMS YG1 team are mostly 16 and 17 with a few 18 year olds. I dont think they have any 15s. Agreed some of them would have done well in GCL u17s but they didnt want it for whatever reason. Regarding playing AAL, women mature at a different stage to men and they are more than capable physically to mix it with the AAL by the time they are 16. Just look at the current Matildas squad to see how many made their debuts under 18 (pretty much all of them!).
