Looks like Compman are still loading some of the games into the system as my daughters team was appearing in the desktop app but not the mobile app.
The userid (email address) appears to be case sensitive so if you use the mobile app you may need to change the first letter to lower case.

Anyone else having issues about having to “nominate a keeper”, even if someone has keeper ticked?

Still waiting for team sheets to go up however does anyone know exactly what to do with changing goalkeepers at half time? We usually share the keeping duties in our team. My understanding of the way the electronic sheets work, we will need to ask the opposing team to unlock the team sheet so we can allocate the keeping duties to the new keeper. Is this right based on everyone else's understanding?

Team sheets should all be up there now - good question on the goalkeeper change... ref may need to capture change in their notes and update at end of game

Just wanted to check the referee's duties for the mini games ie U/11 and under.
Does the ref need a login as well or is it only handled by the managers of the two teams ?

Borrowing players function also doesn't seem to be available yet.

Lots of last minute changes occurred such as team sheets, updated games and players but overall seems to have gone okay.
The ability to only have 1 goalkeeper will need to be looked at as a lot of teams swap goal keepers at half time.
What are others thoughts ?

Yes we had the same thing with keeper but simply told referee and he seemed ok with it.. rule of thumb as long as there is no yellow / red it doesn't become an issue

There are many results not entered and therefore tables incomplete. Would think that is the user and not the system which worked quite well.

We were able to select two goalkeepers before the start of the match and just told the ref which was was playing when. The system worked great for us and the result was up really quickly afterwards. Was nice to be able to see results from other matches so quickly.

Advise the referee at half time and can be recorded in the referee's note book. As long as the referee knows what outfield player number moved to keeper and conversely the number the original goal keeper is wearing on the field will be sweet. Referee needs to know for recording any cards or incidents.

An update from HFI.
iCompman & Electronic Match Sheets:
Can games start without both teams filling out the team sheets in iCompman?
Yes. Games can start, however we encourage all teams to get this done prior. Even before arriving to the field or the night before. The match sheet MUST be approved by the full time whistle by BOTH teams. Both clubs are to input the scores The referee will then include any cards, reports and the score. If a referee puts the scores in prior to the club, then iCompman will lock the clubs ability to input these. Any differing scores will automatically appear on our end, which we will investigate
Coaches & Managers
All club/association approved coaches & managers have been set up in iCompman using the email and phone number that they registered with. As a club you will need to provide this information to your coaches & managers If you have not received it, please reach out ASAP
Fines
Fines for the first two rounds will be sent this week The first 3 weeks of fines for iCompman related issues will not be enforced. They will from round 4 onwards All FORFEIT fines will stand.

Oracle or anyone else that can assist with my question, do you know if Hills is policing the input of team electronic team sheets prior to the game? I see Oracle mentions above that its encouraged that team sheets are to be done prior to the game and before kick off, however it can still be filled after the game has started and if the referee hasn't locked it after the game has been completed. I am raising this question as we have had a case where a team is abusing the system by not lodging the team sheet until after half time or just after the final whistle, this has happened a few times with this side and would like further clarification on this matter.

Guys my understanding is it has to be filled in, checked & saved prior to kick off so the opposition can check the team sheet & save that part of it as well. Otherwise a fine for not checking the oppositions team sheet

Esky I was thinking the same and a fine would ensure this wouldn't take place. Though it appears this isn't the case with a few teams and they have been taking advantage of a loop hole in the system. We have been informed a new rule will be put in place to stop this problem in the coming rounds.
