Winston Red 1 Baulko Red 1
Good game of football, Baulko scored with the last play of the first half from a set piece header. We never gave up and had the better of the play and eventually equalised with 4 min to go with a very nice free-kick. Fair result and as always played in great spirit against our old adversary.

Our mid season slump continued with a third straight loss in the darkness at Annangrove. The game should really not have been played in those poor lighting conditions, making it difficult to see the ball, or the Rangers players who are in black kits. The lights do a good job of lighting the ground at the base of the poles but not a lot more. If anyone else gets a game at 410 out there, get it changed. Nice bunch of blokes too - always nice to be told to F##! Off when you offer to help someone up.

Friendly pre-kickoff but that’s about it. And the ref was an enabler which didn’t help. Do they actually show them how to blow a whistle at ref school?

Hills Knights 2 Castle Hill Utd 2
Castle Hill were 2-nil up at halftime a dubious penalty and a 18 yd strike that crept under the keeper at the near post, were looking down the barrel of another loss at home but with 3 mins to go we managed a quick fire double, Utd must feel gutted letting this one slip away from them and yet claim another draw, some of the refereeing decision in this one had me shaking my head as we had 2 players sent to the sin bin. Happy to take the point in this one and move on.

On a night like last Saturday they would also have needed to provide a log fire to keep the players and spectators warm....

Love to give it out but can't take it. Not seen any team carry on like Rangers for a long time.

Rams 1 Winston Red 0
Another average performance from us, Rams deserved the win.
Thought we were unlucky not to get a pen in dying minutes for hand ball, everyone bar the referee thought it was in the box.
Game as usual played in great spirit against a good bunch of guys.

Hard to believe Castle Hill are nearly out of running for semi’s - good team but now need to win every game Rangers on the other hand suck big time and are nearly there Good on Rams and Bulko blue to recover from bad starts to be contenders 6 rounds to go and 7 teams in the hunt - even Coolong and Bulko red looking beatable -closest comp in any devision #hardyakka

Winsto Blue 0 - Baulko Red 0. Pretty even game (you wouldn't believe that from a nil all result would you). Baulko had a cast of thousands and we were down on numbers, with our 4th and 5th choice keepers playing a half each. The highlight of the match was the ref, dressed up in his hiking gaiters and hoodie, blowing his whistle and then tossing the coin again to decide which way the free kick was to go - this is the beautiful game!!!!!!
In terms of the overall comp, it is as close as any we have played in for a while. Everyone bar Norwest is capable of beating anyone else. Agree that CHU are a better side than their table position tells, but only two wins out of 12 maybe tells a story.
Going to be an interesting next few weeks.

Mortein 5 - The Fly 0. Winsto Blue got up in the derby today. Our best performance in a few weeks, particularly in the second half. Winsto Red had their opportunities in the first half but couldn't capitalise on the cross breeze. Three goals after half time and the match was settled. Game was played in good spirits until the Reds striker took the most outrageous dive to try and win a penalty late in the game. Neymar would have been proud!!!! Should be an interesting couple of weeks with catch up games to come. Really looking forward to the mud flats at Ted next week!!!
