stopper, my son's team was told that extra time and penalties applies for all games (semis and GF) For the juniors it looks like they have added an extra 30 minutes between games but for the seniors I am not sure as it looks like there is still only 2 hours between the games

Correct stopper - for all championship matches - at the end of normal time 10 minutes each way of extra time (no golden goal) and then penalties if still tied.

Budman is correct... 10x10 (no golden goal) and if still tied the match will go to penalties...

Balcombe Heights fields are a disaster. Field two has to be the lowest pitch in the comp. A lot of Home Ground advantage coming the way of some clubs, surely this can be resolved?

Mate not because it is my home ground but i can tell you that it is much better than ted howard were we played on the weekend. As well as tbe home ground advantages at ted howard at the 1pm kick off there was 3 baulkham hill teams playing

Have to agree with oldlegs- Balcombe heights 2 is woeful. Surely there are better grounds available for Semis. If it wasn’t bad enough we copped it last Saturday- we got it again this week!

Have to agree with oldlegs- Balcombe heights 2 is woeful. Surely there are better grounds available for Semis. If it wasn’t bad enough we copped it last Saturday- we got it again this week! The Association asks the clubs prior to the finals to offer their grounds for the Finals Series. The clubs then notify the association of their intentions in this regard ie, either they are not going to offer their grounds at all or they are going to for part or all of the Finals Series. Therefore, not all grounds are available for the association to choose from. So the association can only work with the grounds that are made available to them. This may mean that not all the best fields are being utilised for the finals. Does this clarify the situation ?
