In 2019 GHFA will no longer be known as such. Currently steps are in place to rebrand the name of the association as the North West Sydney Women’s will be merging. What does this mean?
Who knows!

Irrelevant for the hills forum ray? Really! Maybe some clubs that came from there in the past don’t share your opinion.

It is always good to know what is going on in your neighbours backyard & how it is likely to affect you eg, how will this alleged merger with the North West Sydney Womens Football Association impact upon on our own female competitions in the future ?

Chaos is not only confined to the hallways of Parliament House Canberra these days as a major battle is brewing over at GHFA.
The new merge association name has been put forward “North West Sydney Football Association” replacing GHFA and NWSWFA and the purists don’t like it one little bit.

The GHFA website has indicated where the name was heading with the description - FOSTERING AND DEVELOPING THE GAME OF FOOTBALL IN THE NORTH WESTERN DISTRICTS OF SYDNEY.
Keep posting any updates Ray
