Predicting Castle Hill will win 3-1 in the mens, with a double from young Berry Looks like you were pretty close to the mark. What type of crystal ball do you use ?

That makes sense dreamgoal particularly with the district likely to have a full time Girls SAP program (U10 to U13) and Girls Conference League (U14, U15 and U17) where these teams and players are nor permitted to play in the association competition. This is part of the problem that FNSW needs to address, anyone that thinks the Conference League is rep football is kidding themselves, all it does is take Club footballers out of their Association. Strong Club sides from most Associations would easily beat most of these Conference League teams. What's a conference league?

It is the third division youth Girls reps that underpins NPL 1 and 2 and replaced Girls state League in 2018.

Especially given there is no chance for promotion into WNPL2 without senior teams to form a club. Bring back State League or create an NPL3 competition!

I attended the Men's Hills Cup Final last night and it was a great night with over 200+ spectators there to watch the action. The sky's were clear, the atmosphere great and it was a pretty good game, played in the right spirit. Well done to both Clubs... It would now be great to see if we can get the same for the Women's Hills Cup Final... Gotta love Football...

Has the Hills Girls SAP program going full time been confirmed ? It is hard enough to form girls teams as it is

How is the girls comp in HFI compared to others? I'd heard HFI was one of the better ones, no? If it is, then why dilute it with a conference comp? That makes sense dreamgoal particularly with the district likely to have a full time Girls SAP program (U10 to U13) and Girls Conference League (U14, U15 and U17) where these teams and players are nor permitted to play in the association competition.

It is widely known that North West Sydney Women's Football Association has arguably the strongest competition and is no surprise that two of their teams will play in the Women's Hills Cup final.
They have a very strong junior program with annual coach accreditation programs occurring in February and March of every year to train and qualify their grass roots coaches. They also have their member NPL club being the Koalas deliver coaching and development programs for their youth players and develop their talent in house for their Koalas GSAP and NPL teams.
Their association and NPL club are aligned in developing a strong competition and providing development programs for those with talent and the desire to play elite football.
Northern Suburbs, Manly, Sutherland and Football South Coast also have very strong female competitions and also have their grass roots association and member NPL clubs working closely together for the benefit of coaches and players of grass roots and elite level football.

You raise a great point here love.
Has Hills Football looked at creating a NPL club/team? Cant use Brumbies as they are a standalone club with a very poor reputation in the community.
Northern Suburbs = Owns and operates Northern Tigers Manly Association = Owns and operates Manly United FC South Coast = Owns and operates South Coast United / football south coasts girls team. Has no affiliation with the wolves (they hate each other). Southerland = has no affiliation with the sharks (they hate each other). They own and operate the female club that plays under Southerland Associations name.
Surely our Association has to follow this route and run and owned and operated club? or, do the brumbies committee hand over the reigns to the association?
what are your thoughts Love?

Keep in mind Winston Hills is a Hills team playing in the NWWL rather than a NWWL team!! I do however agree with you that they are the strongest women's competition in the area and potentially the state!!

You should probably check your information Bandit as you are off the mark with majority of your comments.
Associations are not supposed to own an NPL club or have any financial tie but I have a funny feeling you may know that.
Your comments in relation to the association owning an NPL club is absurd but most think that has been planned for some time and I recall reading a forum user's post some time ago from memory talking about the association having an agenda to have their own Rep club.
Majority of Hills clubs will have a very clear and bad memory of what happens when an association wants to take control of and or own a Rep club.
It never works.

Yes, but you made reference to manly, northern suburbs, koalas and south coast. They all operate their respective clubs via their boards or management structures.
your comments are a little hypocritical aren’t they? Because Brumbies aren’t operated by hills football so how can you compare them to others?

Clearly you do not understand how grassroots and NPL football is administered. Yawn.
